WASTE CIRCULAR

Share, Repair & Recycle

An important goal of our products is a long service life. When a product breaks or you need to replace it, it does not mean the end of a product's life. We therefore offer a share, repair & recycle service for our bags and laptop sleeves. Is a closure broken, a zipper no longer works or a seam has come loose? Don't worry, we will repair your product for free! Prefer something new? Then you can also choose to return the product to us in exchange for a voucher of 20% discount on a next purchase in our webshop. The product is then refurbished and donated to charity. Curious if your product is eligible for our share, repair & recycle service? Please read our terms and conditions and fill in the corresponding form.

Shipping & Returns

Ordered before 4 p.m. on working days? Then your iamoo product will be at your home within 2-4 working days. When an order is placed during the weekend, it will be processed and shipped on Monday.


Our products are packaged in biodegradable packaging material made of paper and cardboard made from as much recycled fiber as possible. Even the tape is plastic-free.

In addition, we ship your package CO2 neutral via PostNL Green.

Delivery time – 2-4 working days for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. It is possible to pick up your package at a PostNL collection point. Foreign shipments within Europe have an average delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.


Dispatch

We ship your order via PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail immediately after shipment, so that you can track your order. If you are not at home during the delivery, the delivery person will try to offer the package again the next day. Did the second delivery attempt also fail? Then the delivery person ensures that the package is delivered to a collection location nearby.

It is also possible that the delivery person delivers the package to the neighbors. In both cases, the delivery person will leave a note in the letterbox with more information.


If the package has not been collected from the collection location within two weeks, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you about the further processing of your order.

How do I return my product?

First of all, we are sorry that the product is not what you wanted and hope to ensure that you get something that you are completely happy with. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. If you want to cancel a product, this can be reported within 14 days of receipt via info@madeoutof.com. We'd love to hear what was wrong so we can keep improving our products. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.


The return costs are for your own account, this is approximately € 6.95 per package. Consult the website of the desired carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. The products must also be undamaged, clean and unwashed.


We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of the return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

When will I get my money back?

When returning the order, we will refund the entire amount of the order (excluding the shipping costs). We will refund the amount due within 14 days of reporting the return. For the refund, we use the same payment method with which you paid for your order. There are no additional costs for you. You are only liable for a reduction in value if items do not arrive to us in their original condition and packaging.

The refund will be activated when the returned products have been received by us in good condition or when you have provided proof that the goods have been returned by you.


Guarantee

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.


Complaints & Disputes

Do you have a complaint? We find that very annoying and we will do everything we can to make you happy again. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints about our service or products via info@madeoutof.nl. You will receive a substantive response from us within 2 days of receipt of your complaint.
