We would like to know why you want to return your MADE out of product. That way we can adjust and improve our products in the future.

Should you choose to repair your MADE out of product and give it away. It is important that the product, despite a defect, still looks good. After all, you wouldn't want to get a bag with a big stain on it either.

The conditions below apply to our share, repair & recycle service.

Please read these conditions to make sure your product is eligible for our service.

Share, repair & recycle service - Terms and conditions

• Our share, repair & recycle service is only suitable for (not notebooks...);
• The share, repair & recycle service applies to products purchased within the last 2 years, at the time of entry of the returned product;
• We cannot repair tears, scratches, stains or damage directly on the fabric or of the material (outside and inside) of the product;
• Seams that have come loose can be repaired, as can zippers and other closures;
• The product you send must be clean and empty. We are not responsible for any items left inside;
• We always assess whether the product is repairable when it comes to us. We do this properly, carefully and honestly. Should it really not be possible to repair the product we will let you know. Our decision is final and cannot be discussed;
• You pay the cost of shipping your product to our workshop. Make sure the product is well packed. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport;
• When you send the product to us, the confirmation that you received when filling out the form must be added printed; If it is not there, we cannot process your sent product and will give it away to charity;
• We will repair your product free of charge and send it back to you free of charge. We also make sure that the CO2 generated by the transport is compensated (both for the parcel outbound and return);
• After 3 to 4 weeks you can expect the repaired product back;
• In order to check everything and improve our products in the future, we ask you to fill in the form below and send it to us. Our general privacy statement applies;
• If you would like to have your product repaired and given away, the following additional conditions apply:
• The product must be free of stains or tears on the fabric (outside and inside). Consider carefully whether you yourself would still find the product beautiful enough to receive;
• Tears on seams on the inside can be repaired;
• If you have chosen to give the product away, you will receive a 20% discount code for orders through our web shop after completing the form below; 
• This discount code cannot be exchanged for cash
